Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate internally across more than 15 Asia Pacific offices and externally with strategic
    partners to ensure seamless implementation of projects and group strategy
  • Conduct and enhance management reports, and ensure delivery of regular reporting
  •  Assist to produce multi-dimension reports and ad-hoc analysis as needed
  • Analyze and monitor the market and office performance for OTA business to formulate actionable insights and understand business drivers to optimize current business
  • Co-ordinate the strategic direction, including KPIs, lead prioritization, and account optimization with relevant stakeholders
  • Independently manage projects from design to delivery, track performance of project progress, internal results
  • Provide final recommendations to the team and the top management
  • Support Asia Pacific offices for Tourplan system implementation
  • Address users’ issues in term of online booking system
  • Provide training for system users (internally / externally)
  • Address system users’ needs and requirement, and resolve
  • Liaise with Sales & Marketing team
Job Competencies
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or any relevant educational qualifications
  • Statistically excellent
  • Ability to travel out of Singapore
  • Systematic, data-accuracy driven, and thorough in data reconciliation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to write, read, and speak English in order to communicate with other offices
  • Experienced in Tourplan System is a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle on promoting SIC tours to the concierge.
  • Handle on distribution brochures to all hotels.
  • Handle on monitoring concierge sales and distribute commissions.
  • Handle on sales collection by tour officers.
  • Handle on email correspondence with hotels (inquiries and bookings).
  • Other duties that may be required by the management.
Job Specification

Min Qualifications: ‘O’ Level/Diploma/ Degree in Tourism or related field.

Min Yrs of Experience: Minimum 2 years related experience.
