What happens if it rains? Will the tour be cancelled?
All tours will be operated regardless of rain or shine. You may wish to bring along an umbrella for contingency purposes.
Can I bring my luggage on the tour?
We strongly discourage guests to bring their luggage as there may be a change of vehicle during the tour. In addition, Tour East Singapore and its agents (including the bus captain and/or guide) shall not responsible for any guests belongings.
Does my tour include a drop-off?
Yes, we will drop you off after the tour at the same hotel that you were picked up from.
After the tour, I would like to go to Gardens By The Bay. Can I be dropped off there instead of my hotel?
We only do hotel drop-offs thus we can drop you off at Marina Bay Sands which is a 10 minutes walk away to Gardens By The Bay.
Do you have special price for Seniors?
All our tours have Adult and Child prices only, except for LEGOLAND Malaysia where we offer Senior price.
What are the age for Child tickets?
For our tours, Child price applies for 3 to 12 years old inclusive, unless otherwise stated on the brochure.
Is there a dress code for the tours?
Dress code is applicable for Afternoon Tea at Tiffin Room and A Heritage Tour of Johor Bahru. For all other tours, please dress comfortably according to the weather.
For tours that include meals, can I make special requests to suit my dietary requirements?
We offer Vegetarian or Gluten-free meal options for our Singapore by Night and Nightout at Chinatown tours. Kindly note that Morning Zoo with Breakfast and Night Safari with Dinner tours are buffet-style therefore we are unable to make any special requests.
What if I don't need a tour guide with me during the Zoo / River Safari / Night Safari tour?
You may explore the park on your own after entering with the tour guide. Inform your guide and he/she will let you know the time to meet up for the return transfer at the coach bay.
Why do you not provide pick-up from my hotel?
We do zonal pick-up from selected hotels depending on the hotel location.
Can I reserve the seat at the front of the tour bus?
Our seats are on a first-come-first-served basis, but our guide will try to accomodate your request.
I am unable to make it for my tour. Can I get a refund?
Unless otherwise stated, you will be able to cancel for the tour without penalty if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the tour departure. Alternatively, you may postpone the date of your tour without additional costs. Products listed under ``Wow Dining`` and the Southern Islands Yacht Cruise are excluded from the above clause. Please refer to the individual product for more details or enquire with our staff for clarification.
