As a Reservation Officer, your primary responsibility is to assist overseas tour operators, travel agents, and customers in planning and booking various travel arrangements such as hotels, transfers, daily tours, tailormade/special packages, etc. You must also acquire fare and schedule information, calculate travel costs, and ensure sales targets and profit goals are achieved. In the event of changes before or during the trip, you must arrange alternative booking arrangements.

Sales Coordinator SPAIN & LATAM Markets

We seek an individual with proficient verbal and written Spanish skills and a fundamental grasp of global travel sales within the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience with a professional DMC is advantageous. The role involves daily communication with the Business Development Manager overseeing the markets, potential clients, and Tour East branch offices.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with Business Development Manager Spain & LATAM and assist in handling ad hoc inquiries & quotations involving multi-destinations.
Assist in coordinating within the TE offices to work out proposals to meet deadlines.
Ensure TE templates are used to provide Tour East branding.
Coordinate with each TE office at the group level to develop proposals by the deadline.
Promote and offer TE destinations to the markets and the accounts assigned.
Frequently follow up on the proposals/quotations sent.
Provide positive and effective customer service to all clients.

Support TE offices and Sales Teams in the development of sales tools.
Be the point of contact for the Sales Representative for Spain & LATAM, and TE branches to provide information and assistance.
Participate in online meetings with business partners and prospective clients.
