Qualifications

This leadership role is responsible for driving growth across key global source markets, expanding business partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive international inbound business growth.
Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities across regions such as Europe, the US, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
Lead annual planning, revenue forecasting, and goal setting aligned with corporate objectives.
Build and manage relationships with overseas travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and OTAs.

Strong track record in B2B sales, working with overseas travel agents, wholesalers, tourism boards, and destination marketing organizations.
