Chaba Cabana Beach Resort stretches along the quieter northern end of Chaweng Beach, where around 200 metres of sand separate the resort from the sea. Central Chaweng remains close, but the immediate setting feels noticeably calmer, with 80 rooms, suites and villas arranged around a beachfront stay rather than the busier atmosphere further south.
Accommodation moves from Deluxe Rooms and family-focused suites to villas closer to the beach, including two 115-sqm Grand Villas with ocean views and beachfront pool access. Two swimming pools, beachfront massage, kayaking and the children's playground keep much of the day close to the water, while C-Front Restaurant and Cabana Beach Club carry the resort into the evening.
WHY WE LIKE IT
The appeal is in the balance between Chaweng and the beach. Guests can spend the day in a quieter stretch of sand and still remain close to the restaurants, shopping and activity of central Chaweng. The range of rooms, family suites and villas also lets the character of the stay change without moving away from the same beachfront.
