Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre (SORC)

The Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre (SORC) is nestled in Sabah, Malaysia, renowned as the world's largest and oldest Orangutan rehabilitation facility. Located just a brief 5-minute walk from the resort, it offers a captivating glimpse into the lives of these remarkable creatures.

Within the center lies a nursery dedicated to the care of young, orphaned Orangutans rescued from illegal captivity or displaced due to logging and plantation activities.
